Bike Coach
Teaching young bikers and keeping them safe along the way takes the support of many volunteer coaches. Pedal Power depends on a core group of dedicated people who show up pretty regularly to share their passion for biking with the next generation of cyclists. Kids love seeing the same familiar faces each week, and you’ll enjoy getting to know these diverse bikers while supporting and encouraging their journey along the way. You pick a time and a school location that works for your schedule. Our program leaders who plan, lead and facilitate the day’s activities will plug you into a role with as much or as little responsibility as you want.
Bike Wrenching
Got bike skills but no time to ride during the day? Our fleets are in constant need of adjustments and repairs and we love getting help from our community of support to keep the wheels rolling. Bikes can be dropped off at your convenience, or maintenance can be done on-site to prepare bikes for the beginning of season riding or off-season storage. Let us know what works for you!
Help Us Grow
Making new connections for potential support, getting the word out about the work we do, sharing ideas for improving, or partnering with a group of friends or colleagues to help with a bike cleaning event. Pedal Power is grateful for all kinds of contributions that help get kids on bikes.
